This makes a compass rose, to be filled with the words for "north", "northeast", etc. in any language.

Parameters

lang: Language code. defaults to en if not specified.
n, ne, e, se, s, sw, w, nw: The entry titles, unwikified, for "north", etc. Defaults to blank if not specified.
nalt, nealt, ..., nwalt: The display text for those entry titles, respectively. Defaults to n et al. if not specified; to blank if n et al. are not specified.
ntr, netr, …, nwtr: The transliteration of entry titles not in the Latin alphabet, if not generated automatically
