Usage

This template is used in cases where a word does not occur on its own, but only as part of a larger phrase. It links to the phrase and so allows users to look up the word and be redirected to the phrase via the link.

|1= (required): Language code of the term; see Wiktionary:List of languages.
|2=: Larger phrase to link to.
|3=: Alternative display text of the larger phrase to link to.
|4= or |t= or |gloss=: Gloss for the larger phrase.
|tr=: Transliteration of the larger phrase.
|pos=: Part of speech of the larger phrase.
|sc=: Script of the larger phrase. Rarely needs to be specified.
|term2=: A second phrase, in cases where a word occurs as part of two possible phrases.
|alt2=: Alternative display text of the second phrase.
|t2= or |gloss2=: Gloss for the second phrase.
|tr2=: Transliteration of the second phrase.
|pos2=: Part of speech of the second phrase.
|sc2=: Script of the second phrase. Rarely needs to be specified.
