Fill out the form below.

1. Replace third level heading title with the Username wikified.
2. ~~~~ භාවිතා කර, නව නාමයෝජනාව අත්සන් කරන්න.
3. Inform the nominee that they have until midnight (UTC) to accept. (If they miss, just adjust the start/end dates.)
   • Test the Special:Emailuser link for the nominee. If not accepting e-mail, stop.
   • Check their userpage for babel templates. If missing, stop.
   • Remind nominee to indicate their timezone.
4. Indicate the duration of the vote, two weeks.

Cautionary note: It is often the case that those who are not nominated by currently active administrators do much less well. To avoid disappointment, avoid premature nominations and self-nominations, you will be nominated eventually!
