Tocharian, Greek and Armenian reflect the -yu- derivation from the same root: *suHyús. සංස්කෘත सूषा (sūṣā́, “parturient woman”) and Albanian gjysh (< Proto-Albanian *sūšā) derived from later variation *suHsós.
